2020年度2021年度は、教師の日常的な活動（計画・実践・省察）における教師個人の知識の変容を捉えた。2022年度前半はそれらの分析を継続して行った。その結果、教師の知識生成は、実践の中である特有の状況（子どもや他教師からの外的刺激）の下で起こることがわかった。後半は教師個人の学びと集団での学びの関係を把握するため、既存の校内研修における教師の学びの現状を把握した。まず、校内研修における小グループでの授業検討会の様子を記録し、若手教師が何をどのように他教師から学ぶのか把握した。次に若手教師の学び（大学・初任研・校内）に関するインタビューを個別に行い、それぞれの学びの背景や傾向性を捉えた。更に研究授業学習指導案作成場面において助言を行い、若手教師や先輩教師の気づきについて考察した。結果（考察途中）は次の通りである。①小グループでの授業検討会では若手教師の発言は極端に少なく、先輩教師の話を聞く態度が多く観察された。若手教師の学びは少ないと推察される。②個別インタビューで明らかになったことは、学びの場として他者からの助言、他者の授業を参観、指導案作成場面が挙げられる。③また学びの内容は、主に指導方法（板書の仕方、支援の仕方、まとめの仕方など）に偏り、内容の知識やカリキュラム知識に関することはほとんどなかった。しかし、研究授業作成場面では、内容に関して疑問が出され知識に対する気づきが観察された。現在調査結果を分析している途中であるが、教師の知識生成に偏りがあることが浮かび上がっている。
