项目摘要

インクルーシブ教育システム下における特別支援教育の質的な充実に向けて、特別支援学校教師の専門性向上が喫緊の課題である。とりわけその過半数を占める女性教師のさらなる活躍が期待されるが、女性教師の成長に関する特別支援教育分野における成果は極めて少ない。女性教師は結婚や出産、育児などにおいてキャリアの中断を含む特徴があり、家庭生活と職業生活が混交する複雑なキャリア形成をたどっている（船山・玉城・杉山ら，2013）。女性教師のキャリアに関わる研究としては、出産・育児と就労継続に関する研究（例えば、深澤・重川，2015）や、女性の管理職登用に関するものなどがある（例えば、楊，2018）。これらの研究は2010年代頃から増加傾向にあり、働き方改革との関係からワーク・ライフ・バランスへの注目が想定できる。女性教師に関する研究は多様な視点から増加傾向にあるといえるが、これらの先行研究はいずれも小学校等の教師を対象とするものであり、特別支援学校教師に焦点を当てた研究はない。当該年度においては、特別支援学校女性教師のキャリア形成の特徴を析出することを展望し、特別支援学校女性教師の成長プロセスに関する調査を実施しているところである。また、家庭生活と職業生活の両立による専門性向上に関わる自己研鑽の方略を明らかにするため、ライフステージごとの生活実態について検討する。なお、本研究は自立活動の指導に関わる専門性に焦点をあてるものである。また、関連して、教師の成長を支える現職研修体系の整理を行うとともに、日本特殊教育学会第60回大会自主シンポジウムにて話題提供を行った。

In this year, the characteristics of female teachers in special support schools were analyzed and a survey on the development of female teachers in special support schools was conducted. Home life and professional life are closely related to the development strategy of self-drilling. This study focuses on self-supporting activities. The 60th Conference of the Japan Special Education Association provides information on the organization of the current training system for teachers.
