学校給食は食べる機能の学習の場である一方で，窒息事故の報告は多く，運動や知的発達に障害がある児童生徒が通う特別支援学校において給食指導が必要である。給食指導には教育指導要綱は存在せず，個別のマニュアルが応用されている場合もあるが教育職だけでは理解困難である。教員の給食指導に関する知識や経験は地域格差が大きく，医療職との円滑な医教連携が必要と考えられる。そこで，本研究はデジタル媒体による医教連携の地域格差是正を目的とし開始した。2020年度当初，新型コロナウイルス感染症の全国的な流行に伴い，学校は感染予防のために休校となった。食事は感染リスクが高く，学校再開において給食は最も感染リスクが高いと捉えられたため，教員が給食指導に不安を抱えていることが推察された。そこで，遠隔で応用できるWebで情報発信およびアンケート調査を行い，現場で応用可能なマニュアルの作成を試みた。アンケート調査から，全国の異なる状況の教員の率直な不安や，学校での歯磨きが中止になっていることを知ることができた。障害のある児童生徒は家だけの歯磨きでは十分に行うことができないことも多く，学校での歯磨き支援は重要である。そこで，口腔の専門家として正しい情報を発信し，理解してもらうために歯磨きに関するマニュアルも同時に作成した。Web上に設置したアクセスカウンターから，閲覧者数の増加を確認できた。これらのことから，Webによるデジタル媒体はアンケートなどによるコミュニケーションツールとして応用できること，物理的距離があり連携困難な場合に加えて今回のような感染症予防対策の中でも簡便に利用できることなどから，高い汎用性が示唆された。また，当講座が給食指導を行っている学校数校に対し行った動画を用いたアンケート調査より，教員の知識にばらつきを確認した。知識共有のために摂食に関する用語集を作成し，Web上に掲載した。

When the lecture is given, the number of schools is adjusted, the animation is used, and the teacher's knowledge is confirmed. A set of terms for knowledge sharing is published on the Web.
