本研究は社会的促進のメカニズム検討のため、前部帯状回破壊が及ぼす社会的促進への影響を検討することが目的である。社会的促進とは、他者の存在の有無によって促進が生じる現象であり、他者の存在が観察者であるときと（観察効果）、他者の存在とともに同じ課題に従事するとき（共行動効果）とで、分けられている。前部帯状回を破壊したラットにおいて、水飲み行動では、観察効果が生じず促進がみられなかった。一方、共行動効果には前部帯状回破壊の影響がみられず、促進が生じた。以上までのデータは前年度に取得済みである。この結果が水飲み行動に特異的に生じたかどうかを検討するため、摂食行動においても同様に前部帯状回破壊の結果、観察効果と共行動効果に影響するか検討した。前年度ボックス内にパスタを設置しパスタを食べる量を計測する方法論を構築しので、ACC破壊の有無による、観察効果と共行動効果への影響を検討した。現在、脳スライス作成中で、随時破壊範囲の算出を実施中である。行動試験の結果は、観察効果は水飲み行動同様、パスタ摂食行動においてもACC破壊によって促進がみられなかったが、共行動効果についてはACC破壊しても、パスタ摂取量が促進された。統合失調症モデルラット（ＭＫラット）を用いて検討した結果について投稿前である。ＭＫラットでは、溶媒群と比較して、観察効果と共行動効果がみられなかった。さらに、ボックス内への馴化がＭＫラットでは難しいことが先行研究より明らかであるため、ホームケージ内にて、共行動効果に焦点をあて追加検討した。その際、ペアをモデル動物同士から、ナイーブ個体をペアの相手として、より促進効果が高まる状況にし、共行動効果について検討したところ、ＭＫラットでは促進が生じなかった。ＭＫラットは線条体の変異が報告されていることから、今後実施予定の線条体操作による共行動効果への影響の検討につながる成果である。
