项目摘要

【成果】Busemann 空間における「一様凸性」と同値な「p乗平均」の式を導き、論文(査読無し)で発表した。【内容】非正方向曲線を有する測地距離空間である Busemann 空間において「一様凸性」の特徴付けを目指した。線形空間では Beauzamy (2011) が、凸結合を用いて Banach 空間の「一様凸性」の特徴付けを得ている。当該年度ではその結果を Busemann 空間へ一般化することを目標に設定した。まず「一様凸性」を表す写像「modulus of convexity」について、Banach 空間での性質を一般化した(結果(1))。次にこれを用いて、Busemann 空間内の「一様凸性」と同値なものを探した。2021年度には「一様凸性」の必要十分条件が「二乗平均」を含む式で表せることを示し、その結果を発表した「実解析シンポジウム2021」にて、より一般化できる可能性を得ていた。したがって当該年度では、2021年度の結果がより大域的な条件で得られるかを研究した(結果(2)(3))。この結果は「研究実施計画」の最終目標である「線形空間の幾何学的議論を非線形へ一般化する」ことに必要な知見である。【結果】(1)Busemann 空間における「modulus of convexity」は、三角形の辺の比を設定するパラメータによる1変数関数として非減少である。 (2)Busemann 空間における「一様凸性」と同値な性質として、三点の距離に関する「p乗平均」式が存在する。(3)Busemann 空間における「弱一様凸性」と同値な性質として、三点の距離に関する「p乗平均」式が存在する。【発表】結果(1)(2)は『新潟工科大学研究紀要第26号』(頁41-48)に論文(査読無し)が掲載。結果(3)は2023年度に査読ありの雑誌に投稿するため、論文を作成(次年度投稿予定)。
