项目摘要

本研究は、研究手法の有効性を実証的に証明することを目的として個別事例の検証を行い、庭園と建築の一体となった空間構成の建築史的再解釈をする。近世の建築は、その総数の多さから全国の現存状況を把握するため、『近世社寺建築緊急調査報告書』の作成が急がれた。近世社寺建築の全国的調査は平成前期に一段落し、この３０年間にはそれらに伴う研究も着実に進んできた。しかし、その研究の実状は地域性や多様性が顕著なことから、現状はさらなる個別研究の推進が求められている。文化財として評価されている庭園に対し、内部に所在する建築は、文化財価値の定まっていない事例が多い。このような建築は、文化財指定の異なる類型（有形文化財と記念物）の中で評価されるため、近世社寺建築の全国的調査においても、その評価が難しくこれまで個別研究が進められてこなかった。これまでの滋賀院の寺院庭園に関する諸研究で、建築の移築を伴う形態変更の再建活動があった場合でも、当初の庭園と建築の関係は急激な変化を伴うものではなく、徐々に相互に密に連携しながら整備されていった状況を確認できている。本年度は、新型コロナウイルスの状況から寺院庭園の十分な実測は難しかったため、当初予定の庭園から東京都内の庭園と建築に対象を変更して研究を進めた。本年度の研究では、建築と庭園の関係を表層的に示すのは移築活動を伴った時であると仮定し、都内公園に建築を移築した事例を対象に、建築と庭園の相関の検討を進めた。その結果、庭園内園路との関係、建築の建設当初の方位との関係、移築時の都市との関係、庭園への眺望関係を読み取ることができた。本研究の成果は、日本建築学会大会発表において、所属研究室の学生が若手優秀発表賞を受賞している。

This study aims to prove the validity of the research method, and to reinterpret the architectural history of the integration of garden and architecture. The number of buildings in modern times and the current situation of the whole country are grasped. The preparation of the Emergency Investigation Report on Modern Society Temple Buildings is urgent. A nationwide survey of modern temple architecture has been carried out in the past 30 years. The status quo of individual research is different from that of regional research. There are many examples of cultural property evaluation in the garden, interior and construction. A national survey of modern temple buildings and cultural property designated by different types (tangible cultural property and monuments) was conducted. The study of Shiga-in temple garden, the construction of buildings, the change of shape, the reconstruction activities, the relationship between the original garden and buildings, the change of intensity, the close connection between them, and the confirmation of the state of preparation. This year, the new type of garden has been studied from the perspective of temple gardens to the perspective of architecture in Tokyo. This year's research on the relationship between architecture and garden shows that the construction activities are related to the time and space, and the construction of urban parks is related to the discussion of architecture and garden. The relationship between the result of the garden, the relationship between the direction of the construction, the relationship between the city during the construction, the relationship between the garden and the view The results of this research were presented at the Japan Architectural Society Conference and the students of the affiliated research laboratory were rewarded for their outstanding achievements.
