当該年度は、本研究「緩和ケアを実践する看護師の共感満足と質の高い終末期ケアを両立できる職場環境」の研究計画に基づき、一般病棟、緩和ケア病棟、訪問看護のいずれかに所属する看護師を対象にオンライン調査を実施した。本研究の主目的である、両者を両立するために必要な職場環境の因子の探索のため、主要評価項目の共感満（Professional Quality of Life Scale日本語版）と終末期ケアの質（看護師評価）に加えて、職場環境因子の評価として、個人と仕事のミスマッチ領域（仕事の負担、裁量権、報酬、共同体、公平性、価値観）を測定するAreas for Worklife Survey (AWS)の日本語版を用いた。オンライン調査は2022年8月から9月にかけて行われた。オンライン調査へのアクセス方法を記載したパンフレットを配布した828名の看護師のうち、385名の看護師から回答を得た。看護師の回答率はそれぞれ一般病棟 25.2%（98名/389名）、緩和ケア病棟51.2%（131名/256名）、訪問看護69.4%（129名/186名）であった。調査より得られたデータは直ちに解析され、それぞれの職場において共感満足や終末期ケアの質と関連する職場環境の因子の探索に用いられた。その結果、共感満足と関連する職場環境の因子としては、一般病棟では価値観、緩和ケア病棟では報酬と仕事の負担、訪問看護では共同体とコントロールが同定され、職場ごとに異なる因子が関連することが分かった。一方、終末期ケアの質と関連する因子としては、一般病棟では仕事の負担、緩和ケア病棟では共同体が有意に関連していたが、訪問看護においては終末期ケアの質と関連する因子は同定されなかった。またどの職場においても、共感満足と終末期ケアの質の両者に関連する職場環境の因子は認められなかった。

During this year, we conducted a survey of the nursing staff who participated in the research plan of "nursing staff's empathy, quality, and workplace environment in the middle and end stages of mitigation and implementation." The main purpose of this study is to explore the factors of workplace environment and evaluate the common sense of the main items.(Professional Quality of Life Scale Japanese version)(Burden of work, discretion, compensation, community, equity, value) Measurement Areas for Worklife Survey (AWS) The survey was conducted in August and September 2022. 828 nurses were assigned to the study, and 385 nurses answered. The response rate of nurses was 25.2%(98/389) for general patients, 51.2%(131/256) for palliative patients, and 69.4%(129/186) for visiting nurses. The investigation was conducted to find out the factors of workplace environment. The factors of the workplace environment are related to the results of the study. The factors of the workplace environment are related to the general conditions of the study. The factors of the workplace environment are related to the salaries of the students. The factors of the workplace environment are related to the visits of the students. The qualitative correlation factors of the terminal stage, the general disease stage, the burden of work, the mitigation of disease stage, the intentional correlation factors of the visiting care stage, and the qualitative correlation factors of the terminal stage are the same. The factors that affect the quality of the workplace environment are identified.
