项目摘要

2022年度の目的は、2021年度の予定であった「精神科看護師を対象とした支援プログラムの介入調査」を行うことであった。しかし、Covid-19の影響により、精神科病院の協力が得られず2023年度へと延長して実施することとなった。介入調査に先立ち、2020年度の予備調査ならびに2021年度のweb調査で得られたデータより、共感疲労と共感満足の予測因子についてさらに分析を進めた。結果、セルフコンパッション尺度のネガティブ要因のひとつである自己批判が共感疲労と共感満足の予測因子となることが判明した。自己批判に関して先行研究を検討したことろ、自己批判と自己批判を低減すると示唆されている自己安心を同時に測定できる尺度(Forms of Self-Criticising/Attacking & Self-Reassuring Scale)が開発されており、この尺度を介入調査で利用するため、日本語版の妥当性と信頼性を検証することとした。看護師300名と心理士200名を対象としたweb調査を実施した。結果、先行研究で提示されている自己批判（自己嫌悪、自己不十分）と自己安心の3因子による妥当性と信頼性が日本語版でも十分に備わっていた。したがって、2023年度に予定している介入調査では、Forms of Self-Criticising/Attacking & Self-Reassuring Scale日本語版ならびに共感疲労と共感満足測定尺度を用いて、共感疲労と共感満足だけではなく、自己批判の効果とこれらの関連についても検証していく。
