项目摘要

研究計画に従い、前年度に行った泌尿器科領域における意思決定ガイドについての論文渉猟で得られた2本の論文に基づき、今回新たに作成する前立腺癌に関するDecision aid（DA：意思決定ガイド）の具体的な内容につき作成を前年度に引き続き実施した。動画コンテンツ作成の作成を委託する山梨ニューメディアセンターと共同し、Michigan Cancer Center（MCC）が作成した前立腺癌に関するDAを元に、本学の泌尿器科専門医及び放射線治療専門医の監修の下、日本における治療の内容や位置づけを加味したDAの内容の策定を行なった。この際に、日本における医療内容の提供の実態、医療提供環境に適合した内容に修正すべきとの専門家の意見があったため、指摘内容を踏まえて全面的に内容の見直しを行う方針となり、再度、内容の精選を実施中である。再度のDA策定に当たり、日本で先行してDAの作成を行っている研究グループにより、意思決定ガイドの国際基準（IPDAS checklist）日本語版が既に公表されていることが判明しており、作成中の本DAについても本国際基準に準拠した作成プロセスに沿うよう、国際基準の内容との照らし合わせも実施継続中である。本DAの特徴の1つである動画作成に関しては、前立腺癌で用いられる手術支援ロボットDa Vinchiのトレーニングへの立ち合いを行い、ロボット手術に関連する画像の撮影を前年度に完了しているが、新たに実手術場面の動画収録を計画し、現在施行待ちである。患者、家族の視点からのコンテンツ精選作業については、DA内容の確定が再度、遅延したことと、新型コロナウイルス感染症まん延により、年度中の院内への立ち入り等が制限されている状況が続いていたため滞ったが、制限解除の見込みであることから、今後対応を進める予定である。
