医療分野における心理的安全性に関する検討結果を踏まえ、心理学分野での心理的安全性に関する理論的背景をもとに作成した患者・家族の心理的安全性の測定尺度の候補である30項目の質問項目について、インターネット調査会社に登録された20-80歳代の性・年齢階級で層別抽出した全国の3857人を対象として前年度に実施した調査で、1505人から得られた調査結果と、その解析結果である患者・家族の心理的安全性の測定尺度の信頼性及び妥当性に関する検証結果から明らかとなった4因子（「医療者とのチーム（5項目）」「医療者の理解と配慮（6項目）」「医療者との良好でない関係性（7項目）」「医療者への信頼（4項目）」）合計２２の質問項目で構成される質問票について、信頼性及び妥当性に関する検証についての研究論文の作成を行なった。本研究論文の作成途上において、妥当性に関して、構成概念妥当性の検証結果を含める必要性が生じ、追加の解析を実施する方針となり、共分散構造分析による解析を実施することとした。これに伴い、先の解析で明らかとなっている４因子についてのモデル図とパス図の作成を新たに行なった。この後、作成したモデルの評価について統計的な解析を試みており、この結果を踏まえて、新たに研究論文の作成を行い投稿準備中である。また、患者・家族の心理的安全性に関連して、本研究で得られた測定尺度の構成に関して、学会講演において発表を行なった。

The results of the psychological safety study in the medical field are discussed in the background of the psychological safety study in the psychological field. The candidates for the measurement of the psychological safety of the patient and family are 30 items. The survey was conducted in the 20-80-year-old age group, with a total of 3857 respondents nationwide.
