项目摘要

本研究の目的は、2020年3月までの1)福島県内と2)全都道府県で施行されたブドウ糖投与に関する特定行為を記述することで制度施行後の現状を把握し、さらに時系列分析・横断的分析を行うことで導入後の効果を測定し、さらなる制度改善に役立てること、とした。しかし、コロナ禍で医療機関や消防機関が多忙となり、全都道府県での調査依頼は困難と判断し、福島県全体での調査のみを行う方針としている。福島県郡山市でのデータの収集、クリーニング、解析を行い、記述研究として2021年度の救急医学会総会で報告を行った。また、福島県全体のデータを統合し、特定行為施行状況の詳細や合併症などの記述をまとめ、救急医学会や和文誌への発表を行っていく予定。・2021年度は福島県の全消防へ研究への協力とデータの抽出を依頼し、それら悉皆性が高いデータを用いて、施行前後の時系列分析を行うためのデータ収集を行った。・2022年度では、それらのデータのクリーニングを行った。・2023年度では、縦断的な時系列分析、地域格差をみる横断的な分析などを計画し、学会発表・論文作成を行う予定とした。新型コロナ感染症の状況も安定してきており、積極的な学会発表や消防との折衝も行っていく予定。
