2022年度は、臨床における新人看護師と先輩看護師の新人教育の困難感の認識の差を調査した。調査目的は、「新人看護師と先輩看護師が新人教育において感じる困難感（社会面と業務面）の差違を質問紙調査で明らかにしたい。【対象】地域基幹病院の各病棟等で勤務する看護師歴４年目以上の看護師51名と今年度入社の新卒看護師６名に無記名の自記式質問紙調査を実施した。【方法】調査項目は①社会面（計12項目）、②業務面（計２5項目）の困難感の有無③年間のストレス度を最大100点で回答【分析】は(1)記述統計(2)新人と先輩の同等の質問項目の差はχ２検定を実施し、有意確率は5％未満とした。【結果】回収率は先輩看護師（51％）、新人看護師（66％）であった。新人看護師が困難は、技術、業務面（報告・申し送り・重症患者の対応・急変対応）が有意に高かった。先輩看護師の感じる困難は、主に社会面（感謝お礼の伝え方・課題提出の方法・指導を受けた後の反応・約束を守る）が有意に高かった。【考察】新人看護師が困難は、技術、業務面が有意に高かった。これは、新型コロナウイルスなどの影響により、看護師養成校での実習の制限や新人教育の実施方法の制約のため、臨床対応力の低下と考える。また、新人のストレス度では、就職してすぐの４月、５月のストレス度が一番高くなっていた。、技術を中心としたサポートが求められる。反面、先輩看護師の感じる困難は、主に社会面が有意に高かった。先輩が感じた社会面での困難感の項目は、約束を守るやお礼など「一次的社会化（社会の基本的なルール）」の範疇である。新人教育においても一次的社会化を意識して教育や指導のアドバイスを行う必要がある。また、先輩のストレス度は３ヶ月（日勤業務の自立）、6ヶ月（夜勤業務の人数内配置）など業務の節目が高くなっており、新人に対する期待値と現状の差にストレスを感じていると推察された。
