项目摘要

本研究は、乳児期に沐浴・入浴を実施する家族の危険な体験をもとに家庭向けの教材を作成し、家庭で起こる危険を防ぐことを目的とする。わが国では、乳児の沐浴・入浴を実施する上で危険につながる多くの要因がある。本研究では、乳児期の沐浴・入浴を実施する家族の危険な体験を分析する。その上で、母親と家族の危険な体験を踏まえた、「家庭での乳児の安全な沐浴・入浴のデジタルコンテンツ教材」を作成、評価・検証する。当該年度では、前年度に実施した専門職による教材の適切性の検討について分析を行った。教材は、文献研究および3～4か月・1歳6か月の児をもつ母親と家族を対象とした、体験した危険の実態調査の結果をもとに作成した。現在日本で実施されている沐浴指導は、方法を中心に指導が行われており、危険予防の観点で十分ではないといえる。すでに使用されている教材と本研究で作成した教材との違いは、発生しやすい危険や危険予防に着目した点である。さらに、デジタルコンテンツであることから、何度も視聴することができ、沐浴や入浴に不慣れな母親と家族が危険や危険予防について知識を得ることができる。適切性の検討は、アドバンス助産師と助産師会に属する助産師、保健師、計20人を対象とし、目的適合性、内容の難易度、映像の見やすさ、時間の妥当性、表現の適切性、活用可能性について検討した。その結果、すべての項目において、概ね適切であった。一方、母親や家族が興味を持ち楽しみながら視聴できるような映像の工夫、短時間で必要な情報を得られるような工夫、危険予防の具体策の追加などの改善が示唆された。
