本研究の目的は家族形成期における夫婦のパートナーシップ支援に焦点をあてた両親学級プログラムの開発であり、そのプログラムを評価することである。今年度は、昨年度開発したプログラムをもとに、介入研究を実施した。新型コロナウイルスの感染が拡大していたこともあり、令和3年度に実施予定であった介入プログラムの実施が1年度ずれ、今年度実施した。今年度は６か所の基礎自治体に対して介入研究の協力依頼を行い、現在までに５つの自治体で介入プログラムを実施した。新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大状況により、当初予定していたスケジュールで介入が進まず、一部次年度に持ち越すこととなった。プログラムの開発については、カリキュラム開発に必要なシステム理論からつくられているKernらのカリキュラム開発の6つのステップを参考に具体的なプログラムを検討した。Kernらのカリキュラム開発の６ステップは医学教育プログラム開発で使用されており、ある特定の課題に対する計画された教育活動として、学習者のニーズに着目したカリキュラム開発のプロセスである。本研究では学習者のニーズに基づきながら産後うつ予防という特定の課題に向けた産前教育プログラムの開発であるため、この枠組みを参考にしてプログラム開発を行った。現在分析の途中であるが、プログラムの内容に関する記述では、知りたかったことや学びたかったことが内容として含まれていて、学びが深まったというような記述が見られている。

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the development and support of couples during family formation. This year's opening ceremony was held in Beijing. This year, six of the basic self-governing bodies have been involved in collaborative research, and five of the self-governing bodies have been involved in research. The infection status of new types of infectious diseases was determined by the initial intervention, and the next year's intervention was maintained. This study is aimed at the development of prenatal education for learners and their reference groups.
