本研究では急性期病院から回復期病院に転院する高齢者の移転ストレスシンドロームの予防や低減を図るため、申請者が進めてきた高齢者のリロケーションを促進する看護ケアの研究成果をもとに、量的・質的アプローチを用いて『高齢者のリロケーションを促進するケアガイドライン』（以下、ケアガイドライン）の有用性、汎用性を検証し、臨床活用を目指すことを目的としている。高齢者のリロケーションを促進する看護ケアとは、転院に伴う生活・空間、対人的環境の変化に伴う高齢者の心身のダメージを緩和し、新しい環境への適応を促進するケアを意味する。令和4年度はCOVID-19の感染拡大および妊娠に伴う産休・育休に伴い、研究開始が年度末からとなった。高齢者のリロケーションを促進するケアガイドラインの開発に向けた準備として、回復期病院で勤務経験のある慢性疾患看護専門看護師にケアガイドライン（案）の構成について半構造化面接を行った。また、その結果を受けてケアガイドライン（案）の修正を行った。次年度は高齢者のリロケーションを促進する看護ケアモデルの構築に向けて、ケアモデルの構成内容について回復期病院の看護師を対象に質問紙調査を行い、構成内容の妥当性について質問紙調査を行う予定である。その準備として、倫理審査委員会への申請および研究協力施設への依頼を実施する。また、質問紙調査は研究協力施設の負担軽減と研究協力者が回答しやすいようにGoogleフォームを用いた質問紙を作成して進めていく予定である。
