项目摘要

本研究は長期入院患者の地域移行に向けて専門職者と精神障がいピアサポーターが共同創造していくプロセスをアクションリサーチにて検討し、病棟スタッフのリカバリー志向についてどのように変化していくのか質的に分析することを目的としている。その上で、精神科病棟の中で継続実施可能な精神障がいピアサポーターと専門職者の共同創造による地域移行支援モデルの構築を目指すものとする。2022年度は精神科病院1施設を対象に研究に参加する精神障がいピアサポーターと病院スタッフへ共同創造についての勉強会の実施、精神科病棟が抱える課題の検討、ピアサポーターの導入における調整点についてディスカッション、共同創造の指針の作成等のミーティングを重ね（計6回）、研究者・ピアサポーター4名・慢性期病棟に関わる病院スタッフ3～5名にてアクションリサーチグループを結成した。実際に慢性期病棟において地域移行支援活動（初回）を実施した。データ収集としては地域移行支援のための検討ミーティングの内容をICレコーダー等で録音した資料、議事録、研究者の観察記録（ミーティングでのコアメンバーの発言・様子・研究者の気づきメモ）などの質的データから、計画→行動と観察→リフレクション→修正版計画→行動と観察→リフレクションの過程でのキーとなる出来事やセンテンスを抽出している。
