项目摘要

本研究の目的は、新生児家庭訪問における観察と判断に焦点を当てた場面を設定したVR教材を開発し、その教育効果の評価を行うことである。本研究では、保健師基礎教育において、学生が新生児家庭訪問を修得するためにVR教材を活用し、特に新生児家庭訪問に必要な発育・発達の観察や判断を学ぶことのできる教材「新生児家庭訪問技術」を開発し、教育効果を評価する。昨年度、現役保健師6名の協力得て、プレVR教材を視聴いただき、評価を得た。令和4年度は、令和3年度末に現役保健師の協力により得られたプレ教材の評価の内容について、データを整理し、第26回EAFONS( East Asian Forum of Nursing Scholars)にて途中経過の発表を行った。当初は、令和4年2月に本撮影を実施する予定であったが、新型コロナ感染症蔓延防止等措置の期間と重なったことにより延期となった。撮影時に新生児役が必要であるが、実際の新生児であるため、感染により一層の配慮が必要であり、撮影協力の依頼が難しい状況であった。今後、新たに新生児役、保健師役のリクルートを行い、安全に留意しながら、VR教材の内容についての追加および修正を行い、撮影を実施し、教材の作成と評価を進めていく。
