项目摘要

本研究の目的は、①敏捷性と平衡性を複合した新たな転倒回避能力の測定（反応バランステスト）の信頼性と妥当性の検討、②反応バランステストと転倒および転倒関連体力との関連、③転倒予防のための運動実践プログラムの提案により、実用性や安全性の高い転倒回避能力の評価法を確立することである。2022年度は、これまでに収集した反応バランステストの若年者のデータを詳細に分析するとともに、高齢者のデータを収集し、転倒および転倒関連体力との関連を検討した。反応バランステストは重心動揺計上で立位姿勢をとり、光刺激後に素早く片脚を挙げ、10秒間の片脚立ち姿勢を保持するテストとし、片脚を挙上するまでの時間および挙上後の片脚立ちの重心動揺を評価した。若年者のデータを詳細に分析した研究では反応バランステストの反応時間および重心動揺に着目し、重心動揺は局面分けを行い、それぞれの変数の利き脚と非利き脚の比較を行った。その結果、反応時間では利き脚と非利き脚に違いがみられなかったものの、重心動揺では対側のプッシュオフ動作に違いがあることが確認された。また、高齢者の反応バランステストと転倒および転倒不安との関連を検討したところ、転倒不安を有する群のほうが、反応時間が遅く、重心動揺が劣っている傾向であった。そのため、反応バランステストは転倒リスクを評価できる可能性が示唆された。なお、2021年度にまとめた若年者の反応バランステストの信頼性および妥当性に関する論文が掲載された。2023年度は高齢者の反応バランステストと転倒関連体力との関連を検討するとともに、長期的な運動実践が反応バランステストに及ぼす影響を検討する。
