项目摘要

本研究では2001年1月～2020年12月に承認された抗がん剤299剤のドラッグラグを検討し、ドラッグラグに影響因子の同定、解析を行い、以下の結果を得た。日本の抗癌剤の米国とのドラッグラグは2002年が最大ピーク値を示し、その後大きく減少し1年未満になった。しかし2018年が最低値で、その後増加傾向にあると推察された。また中国は日本に対してドラッグラグが存在するが、減少し続けており、その差はほとんどなくなってきている。以上の結果は2022年度に第12回レギュラトリーサイエンス学会学術大会おいて発表を行い[1]、現在、英文誌に投稿中。また関連研究として、上記期間に承認された抗癌剤299剤のサロゲートエンドポイントに関する研究を実施し、結果を第32回医療薬学会にて発表を行った[2]。さらに効能・効果に関する研究を行い、第20回臨床腫瘍学会にて発表を行った[3]。現在これらについても論文作成中または投稿中。1:大淵百華，原明日香，村井由奈，真貝理子，三角俊裕，前田英紀．本邦で承認された抗がん剤の承認時期に関する米国、中国との国際比較．第12回レギュラトリーサイエンス学会学術大会，2022年9月9日．2:真貝理子，原明日香，村井由奈，前田英紀．癌臨床試験における代替評価項目（surrogate endpoint）に関する研究．第32回日本医療薬学会年会，2022年9月24日．3:村井由奈，原明日香，真貝理子，前田英紀．抗がん剤の効能効果に関する過去20年間の網羅的な調査分析とその傾向に関する検討．Comprehensive study of indications for anticancer drugs and trend analysis during last two decades in Japan.第20回日本臨床腫瘍学会学術集会，2023年3月18日．

This study was conducted from January 2001 to December 2020 and was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The influence factors of the ッグラグを検し and the ドラッグラグに are determined and analyzed, and the following results are obtained. Japan's anti-cancer medicine, Japan's largest anti-cancer drug in 2002, has not been released for 1 year.
