令和4年度は、主に (1) 実験環境の整備および (2) 調音データの予備的な収集と分析を行った。(1) 実験環境の整備については、学会や「音声生成に関する計測技術ハンズオンセミナー」（科研費基盤研究S「非流暢な発話パターンに関する学際的・実証的研究」主催）に参加するなどして研究手法に関する情報収集を行い、実験手法の再検討および実験プロトコルの改良を行った。また、超音波診断装置や必要なソフトウェアの購入、セットアップなどを行い実験環境を整えた。(2) 調音データの予備的な収集と分析については、超音波診断装置を用いた音声産出実験による予備的なデータ収集を行った。日本語を母語とする話者2名による日本語の/r/音の調音データの分析を行い、日本語の/r/音の調音実態について考察した。その結果、/d/や/n/といった他の歯茎音と比べて、/r/の調音時における舌の狭窄位置および形状が異なることが示唆された。さらに、/r/の前に現れる撥音/N/がその調音位置において/r/に同化し、その狭窄位置や形状も/d/や/n/に先行する撥音とは異なることがわかった。これらの結果は、令和5年5月に韓国にて開催される国際学会Hanyang International Symposium on Phonetics and Cognitive Sciences of Language 2023にて発表する予定である。
