项目摘要

２０２２年度の「芸術作品の流通と美術コレクション形成－通時的／共時的分析とデータベース」の活動は、大きく２つに分けることができる。１つは海外渡航を行い（三浦、寺田）、フランスやベルギーでの資料調査や学術交流を実施したことで、もう１つは海外からの招聘も含めて国際シンポジウムを本テーマで行うことができたことである。海外渡航では三浦が仏国立図書館、仏国立美術史研究所等で、寺田がゲント美術館資料室、仏国立図書館でそれぞれ現地調査を行った。その成果は、２０２３年２月２８日に東京大学総合文化研究科（駒場キャンパス）で開催された国際シンポジウム「芸術作品の流通と美術コレクション形成－通時的／共時的分析とデータベース」で発表された。この国際シンポジウムでは、三浦の開会トークに続き、招聘されたレア・サン＝レモン（パリ高等師範学校、Artl@s）「アジア芸術市場の舞台裏：《中国・日本趣味》美術商とその海外支所（1858～1954年）」、カンタン・ベルネ（パリ高等師範学校、Artl@s、招聘は東京大学戦略的パートナシッププログラム）「科学とデータを通して見た芸術の歴史と地理」、国内研究者の小泉順也（一橋大学）「日本の美術館におけるフランス美術コレクション」、やはり国内研究者の柳沢秀行（大原美術館）「大原美術館のフランス近代美術品収集」、そして寺田の「フランドルへの道－ベルギー芸術家と日本人芸術家の出合い」といった発表が行われ、美術コレクションの流通・形成にかかわる研究報告と、そのデータのデジタル化（本発表ではマッピング化）が紹介された。松井裕美の司会によるラウンドテーブルの議論も活発に行われて、本分野の国内研究者の多くの関心を呼んだ。全体を通じて、通時的歴史研究の枠組みを美術史がデータのデジタル処理を通じてどのように共時的知見を開拓できるかが示された。以上
