令和４年度は、令和３年度に引き続き「岸清一法律事務所訴訟記録」を学界共通の財産として広く研究者の利用に供するために整理した。そして、目録を作成して適切な方法で公開するために、その事前準備を行った。具体的には、１００年以上前の明治後期・大正・昭和初期の訴訟資料であることから埃をかぶり汚損した資料も多く含まれていたため、専門の業者へクリーニングおよび整理作業を委託した。今年度分については、当該資料のクリーニングおよび分別作業を終えて、中性紙の保存用袋に資料ごとに収納し国士舘大学中央図書館の専用書庫に分別して保管している。さらに、「岸清一法律事務所訴訟記録」のデータベース化に向けて、スキャナーを用いた訴訟記録原本の複写作業を開始した。
