①　政府は、雇用する人々に応じて金銭的な動機付けをしばしば行う。例えば、外国人労働者を雇用する企業に特別に税金を課したり、逆に地元の労働者を雇用した場合には、補助金を出したりなどである。そのような金銭的な動機付けを行う政策が、労働市場における均衡の存在と安定性に与える影響を分析した。労働者ー雇用者マッチングの標準的なモデルにおいて、（粗）代替性条件は、均衡の存在と安定性にとって非常に重要であることが知られている。（GulandStacchetti, 1999, 2000; Milgrom, 2000; Hatfieldetal., 2013; Yang,2017）本研究では、金銭的な動機付けを行う政策を、雇用する労働者の集合族から実数への移転関数として定式化し、どのような移転関数が代替性条件を保持し得るかを分析した。その結果、加法的に分離可能でかつ基数的に凹型な移転関数の和であることが、移転関数が代替性条件を保持し得る必要かつ十分条件であることを示した。ここで、加法的に分離可能であるとは、各労働者に実数が割り当てられ、移転額が雇用する労働者に割り当てられた実数の和になるということである。このような特徴は、いわゆる「積極的格差是正措置」政策とも一致している。②　複数の非同質財を非準線形な選好を持つ入札者に配分するオークション・モデルにおいて重要な同時競り上げオークションについても研究を進めた。③　より多くの現実的応用を可能にするため、宅地開発事業における家屋の割り当てモデルにおいてコアを分析し、配分がコアであるための必要かつ十分条件がワルラス均衡であることを示した。さらに、コア配分を達成しるための振り子オークションを考案した。
