本研究は、日本の中小企業優遇税制のうち、特に重要である(a)法人事業税における外形標準課税の免除、(b)消費税における免税点制度及び簡易課税制度、(c)投資促進税制、および、(d)事業承継税制について、企業ダイナミクスおよびマクロ経済に対する影響を定性的、定量的に把握することを目的としている。このうち、(a)法人事業税における外形標準課税の免除の効果については、すでに主要な分析を終え、専門誌への投稿に向けた原稿の推敲を行っている段階である。また、大企業に対する外形標準課税の強化や欠損金繰越控除の制限等が減資行動に及ぼす効果について分析を行い、その研究成果を論文にまとめ、専門誌に投稿した。また、(c)投資促進税制については、研究成果をまず（独）経済産業研究所のディスカッションペーパー"Causal Effects of A Tax Incentive on SME Capital Investment" RIETI Discussion Paper22-E-048として公表し、その後改訂を経て、Small BusinessEconomicsに掲載された（published 24 January 2023, https://doi.org/10.1007/s11187-022-00709-3)。

This study aims to qualitatively and quantitatively grasp the impact of Japan's preferential tax system on SMEs, including (a) exemption from corporate business tax,(b) exemption point system and simplified tax system for consumption tax,(c) investment promotion tax system, and (d) business tax system and corporate tax system. (a) Corporate tax exemption from appearance standard tax, effect analysis, final analysis, contribution to the journal, review of the manuscript, etc. For large enterprises, the enhancement of appearance standard taxation, the violation of control limits, etc., the reduction of capital actions, the analysis of results, and the submission of research results.
