项目摘要

本年度は昨年度に整備したデータに基づいて、分析を行った。分析の内容は主に次の４点である。(1)日本の公的介護保険において、自治体ごとにその地域の賃金水準に合わせ異なった単価が設定されているが、この単価の自治体ごとの差が介護事業所の立地にどのような影響を与えるか分析を行った。その結果、ある自治体の単価が1%上がると、その自治体に介護事業所が立地する確率がおおよそ1.2%ポイント上昇することを明らかにした。(2)徳島県西部医療圏を対象に介護施設、人口動態を用いて、地域の規模に即した介護サービスの供給について分析を行った。その結果、複数の市町で介護サービスの供給が偏在しており、効率的な供給のためには是正が必要であることを明らかにした。(3)平成27年度から要支援状態の高齢者に対して新事業(介護予防・日常生活支援総合事業)が始まったが、この新事業の影響について費用面及び介護予防の効果面から分析を行った。その結果、新事業により費用の削減効果が認められる一方で介護予防の改善効果は認められないことが明らかになった。(4)介護事業所の立地モデルを応用して、物流コストの単価の低下がオンライン市場の物流拠点の立地にどのような影響を与えるかについて分析を行った。その結果、物流コストの単価の低下が物流拠点の立地選択を歪め、返って総物流コストを増加させる可能性があることを明らかにした。以上の成果に基づいて、学術論文を２本公刊すると共に学会発表を２回行った。
