项目摘要

本年度の研究業績は，学術論文5本(すべて査読つき国際学術誌)，学会報告6件(国際3件,国内3件のうち招待講演1件)に集約される．学術論文の主要な成果は次の3点にある．第一に，業績が悪化して企業が流動化されるとき，債権者が企業の流動化価値を最大化することを新たに導入し，この債権者の(事後的な)最適化行動が，企業の(事前的な)投資戦略や資金調達戦略に与える影響について明らかにした．特に，債権者による事後的な最適化行動は，企業の投資量水準には影響を与えないが，企業の投資戦略を遅延させるメカニズムを明らかにした．第二に，寡占市場において各企業がR&D投資を行うとき，R&D投資におけるスピルオーバーが各企業間で異なると仮定した上で，企業間で異なるR&Dスピルオーバーが，各企業の生産量やR&D投資にどのような影響を与えるのかについて明らかにした．第三に，企業間の収益構造に強い相関がある状況，特にある企業の倒産が関連する企業の収益に強い負の影響を与えることを仮定(連鎖倒産)した上で，連鎖倒産の可能性が企業の最適資本構成に与える影響について明らかにした．学会報告では，国際学会にて3件，国内学会(招待講演1件)にて3件の研究報告を行った．次年度，これらの研究成果を取りまとめて論文として執筆する予定である．
