项目摘要

現時点では、社会的養育環境質問紙（EQ）が完成していないため、本研究の直接的成果はない。22年度、研究の過程は、以下のように進んだ。前年度から引き続いて先行文献についてまとめ、考察し、次にこれも前年度から始めた乳児院・児童養護施設職員3名、里親および里親支援者2人にインタビューを行った。これらからEQの想定される因子を決めた。それらは、文献検索からの因子と、インタビューから得られた上記における特異的に重要な環境因子である。前者は発達の6領域（認知、社会・情緒、社会的規範・道徳、コミュニケーション、生活の構造化、運動）を促進する環境因子、後者は、環境の安定性・一貫性、通常社会に起こる多様な経験の供与、専門家へのアクセス、職場や家庭の安定性、である。これらに加え、法的に規定もされる因子（たとえは、職員ー子ども比など）と施設と里親の背景についての質問（例えば大社性、小社性、里親の里親経験年数など）である。22年末には、研究チームで案を議論し、23年6月までにはEQ草案が完成する予定である。研究の背景をなす実績には以下の3つがある。本研究が対象としている被虐待・ネグレクト乳幼児について、養育者と被虐待乳幼児の関係性評価とその治療について、日本子ども虐待防止学会第28回学術大会（福岡）において、学会企画シンポジウムで発表したことである。第2は、被虐待・ネグレクト乳幼児の発達病理について、アタッチメントの視点から、「精神療法」誌に論文を掲載したことである。最後に、本研究で対象となる被虐待・ネグレクト乳幼児について、乳幼児精神保健の臨床の観点から評価と介入について発表したことである。
