项目摘要

今後一層の顕在化が予想されるLGBTQ学生の支援に関して、（1）大学等の高等教育機関における指標を開発し、（2）指標に基づく支援モデルの構築と有用性を評価するため、2022年度は以下の研究を実施した。第一に、2021年度分で開発した大学等の高等教育機関における指標の試作版をもとに、対象となる専門家の数を増やし、デルファイ法を参考にした手続きにて全国調査に向けた項目精選に向けた調査を実施した。対象者は全国の大学等の高等教育機関にてLGBTQ学生支援の経験を有する21名の大学教職員に質問紙調査を行い、各項目について当事者学生にとっての有益さと項目の実現に向けたコスト（工数）について評価を求めた。回答の結果を集計・分析し、最終的に50項目程度の重要項目とその他の参考項目として大別することを予定している。くわえて、重要項目についてはさらに項目の妥当性に関する2回目の調査を実施し、20-30程度の項目に精選することを計画している。第二に、高等教育機関の教職員及びその前段階としての高校教師（合計400名）におけるLGBTQに関して有する知識やイメージを測定する尺度開発に向けた調査研究を実施した。現在、それぞれの尺度に関して信頼性及び妥当性の分析を行うとともに、一般成人を対象とした結果との比較を通じて大学教職員や高校教師におけるLGBTQに対する認識の現状を分析し、その結果を学術雑誌にて発表を予定している。そのほか、継続して大学等の高等教育機関でLGBTQ学生支援に携わる教職員の有志によるネットワークを運営し、情報交換の場を設定する等、引き続き研究活動の基盤の構築に尽力した。
