思春期の単極性うつ病や双極性障害は，ADHDとの併存頻度の高さや鑑別が困難であるという問題や，ADHDに併存するうつ病は，双極性障害に移行するリスクが高いことが指摘されている(Biederman et al., 2009)。本研究課題では，うつ病や双極性障害の予防的支援に向けて，縦断調査研究と双生児を対象とした行動遺伝学の観点から，思春期の抑うつと双極性障害傾向におけるADHDの併存の問題について検討することが主な目的である。2022年度は，2021年度に引き続き，気分障害や発達障害の診断を受けている臨床群と養育者，および非臨床群の子ども(10-18歳)を対象に行った質問紙調査のデータを蓄積し，分析を進めている。これまでの調査データの一部を用いて，思春期の心理的適応に深く関わる第二次性徴に着目し，思春期身体発育が抑うつの主症状である抑うつ気分と興味・喜びの喪失のどちらとより関連しやすいのかを確認しつつ，子どもが認知している両親の養育態度が思春期身体発育の程度と抑うつの高さとの関連をどのように媒介するのかについて分析を行った。その結果，思春期身体発育と抑うつの2つの下位次元との関連には部分的に性差がみられることが確認され，とりわけ女子において，父親の養育の温かさをどのように認知しているかが抑うつの低さと関連することが明らかとなった。このことは，思春期の抑うつにおいてリスクの高い子どもに対しては，父親が温かくコミュニケーションをとることが抑うつの高まりの抑止に対して有効な手立ての一つとなる可能性を示唆するものである。

In puberty, unipolar disorders, bipolar disorders, and ADHD coexist frequently and are difficult to differentiate (Biederman et al., 2009)。This research topic is aimed at supporting the prevention of bipolar disorder, conducting research on the relationship between bipolar disorder and ADHD, and exploring the main purpose of the study. In 2022 and 2021, the diagnosis of the disease and the diagnosis of the disease will be conducted in the clinical group and the parents, and the children of the non-clinical group (10-18 years old) will be questioned and the data of the paper survey will be accumulated and analyzed. This investigation is part of the study, which focuses on the psychological adaptation of puberty, secondary sexual characteristics, and physical development of puberty. The relationship between the cognition and parenting attitude of the child and the development of the body in puberty is analyzed. As a result, the sexual difference between the two sub-dimensions and the relationship between the two parts of the body development and puberty in puberty is confirmed, and the temperature of the father's upbringing is confirmed. However, in response to the suppression of puberty, my father felt warm and comfortable, and the suppression of puberty showed the possibility of effective hand-holding.
