１．2020年度から引き続き、2021年4月からも大阪、兵庫、京都における緊急事態宣言およびまん延防止等重点処置の発令があり、研究者らが訪問看護ステーション、遺族の方を訪問することを控えていた。その一方で、訪問看護ステーション管理者からの研究協力に対する自主的な申し出もあり、研究フィールドとなっている訪問看護ステーションパイロットスタディ(準遠隔型)を実施した。２．緊急事態宣言の解除の目途がつき始めたことを受け、調査協力をいただいている訪問看護ステーション管理者とそのスタッフ、ご遺族の方および研究者全員の意見と合意を踏まえ、研究者および研究参加者がフェイスシールド、マスクを着用すること、アルコールによる手指消毒を実施することを遵守した上で準遠隔Bereavement Careを行った。３．準遠隔Bereavement Careのデータ分析にあたり計4回、研究者らで会議を行った。なお、これらいずれの会議はCovid-19感染の蔓延状況を踏まえ、Zoom形式とした。４．Bereavement Careに熟達した看護学研究者に準遠隔Bereavement Careの映像を確認してもらいながら、今後の分析に関する示唆を得ることを目的にコンサルテーションを受けた。
