本年度の科研調査活動はまず、第6-7次交趾郡治・ルイロウ発掘を実施し交趾築城の構造と時代区分を解明し、予想以上の新知見が得られ、同年秋ベトナム考古学会第57回大会に黄が招請され発表した。本プロジェクト主催の国際学術シンポジウムⅡ『東アジア都市文明の考古学研究』で日・中・越三か国の研究者14名を招請し有意義な議論を重ねて古代東アジア都市文明論に新たな光を当てた。交趾都市発掘の新知見：①第６次ルイロウ外城北壁の発掘では、版築技法を用いた壁造り（掘込地業+砂や土を層ごとに搗き固めた版築城壁）が判明し、それは中国の伝統的な土木技術の系譜に連なる。また外城西壁T13の発掘からは、唐代および李・陳朝の増築時の構築土を検出し、宋・金期の貨幣埋納、18世紀前後にあたる瓦磚窯も検出した。②第７次発掘では外城西壁/西門遺構が見つかり、その内外両面は磚積みだった。③出土遺構・遺物の総合的考察を通して、ルイロウ外城の初現は南朝期で、内・外城からなる二重城郭をもつ交趾都市の空間構造は５世紀頃に成立したのが判明し、従来の年代観を覆した。③ルイロウ外城の発掘では版築土層ごとに動物骨・炭化物・陶磁器や五銖銭の埋納が多量に見つかり、交趾都市の築城工事に伴う祭祀行為と推定できる。④ルイロウ築城のⅣ期区分と「交趾」出土遺物の多様性を実証的に解明した。この国際色豊かな地域文化を「交趾文化」と定義し、交趾都市建設における社会文化の発展と変遷過程を具体的に解き明かしてきた。以上、政治・宗教的色彩の濃い城壁造りに用いられた版築、磚積みの壁作りという中国土木技術は南朝期に伝来し、当時の東アジア情勢との連動が窺える。７世紀、唐代「安南都護府」の政庁中枢を現在の首都ハノイ市へ移転した後も、ルイロウ城は港湾都市としての宗教信仰・文化交流・生産交易が中近世まで発展、繁栄しつづけていたことが判明した。

The large amount of burial is seen, and the fortifications of Cochin City are accompanied by sacrificial acts and presumed. ④The explanation of the IV division of the fortification phase and the multiplicity of the relics unearthed in "Jiaozhi" are proved.この色芊かなregional cultureを"Cochin culture"とDefinitionし, Cochin urban constructionにおけるsocial cultureの発development and migration processをspecific explanationきかしてきた.
