本研究の課題は、経済発展が進むアジア諸国においてどのように農業部門の構造調整を進めるかについて、アジアにおいて先進国段階にある日本や台湾などの経験から明らかにすることである。今年度は主に以下のような研究を行った。（１）2020年に行った台湾で2018年に行われた日本福島近隣の食料の輸入規制に関する国民投票の継続分析として、2021年のアメリカ産豚肉の輸入規制の台湾の国民投票について比較分析を行った。属性と地域をコントロールした定量的な分析を行い、分析結果を日本開催の国際学会において研究報告をし、フィードバックを得た。（２）直接支払い政策はアジアにおいて広く取り入れられている。その政策概念の導入過程および政策過程を含む時系列的な研究をし、さらに事例研究として、台湾における導入の分析の論文が掲載された。（３）台湾における農業政策が農地集積と農地流動化への影響について、資料分析を行うとともに、追加のデータと資料を得るため、コロナ後に初めて現地調査を行った。再度現地の共同研究者と打ち合わせを進めている。今後は集落レベルの計量分析による解明を目指すとともに、必要に応じて現地調査を再度行う。

This research topic is about the structural adjustment of agricultural sector in China, Japan and Taiwan. This year's main theme is to study the following. (1) In 2020, Taiwan will conduct a comparative analysis of the national vote related to the import regulation of food in Japan's Fukushima neighborhood in 2018, and in 2021, Taiwan will conduct a comparative analysis of the national vote related to the import regulation of pork production. The analysis results were obtained from the International Society for the Promotion of Natural Resources. (2) Direct support policy is to lose the right to enter the country. This paper presents a series of case studies on the introduction process of policy concepts and policy processes, including time series, and an analysis of the introduction process in Taiwan. (3) Taiwan's agricultural policies include the impact of cultivated land accumulation and cultivated land mobility, data analysis, additional data acquisition, and initial field investigation. The co-investigator once again made a joint effort to improve the situation. In the future, the quantitative analysis of the population will be carried out again.
