Central project Z03 examines 1,190 healthy probands, recruited during the first funding period, at regular intervals in order to identify homeostatic and allostatic resilience processes by analyzing the relationship between stressors and mental health over time. Correspondingly, characterized probands will be made available to other subprojects in order to further investigate the neurobiological and neuropsychological basis of potential resilience mechanisms in detail.
