近年，口腔インプラント受療患者が高齢化に伴い要支援・要介護状態となった際の対応が新たな問題として注目されている．国内外の学会では，インプラント受療患者本人や介護者が口腔内清掃を容易に行えるように初期介入としてインプラント体の上部構造の維持様式を固定性（ブリッジタイプ）から患者可撤性（義歯タイプ）に変更するといった補綴的介入が望ましいと提案されている．しかしながら，実際の臨床現場では補綴的介入を受け入れる患者は少ないのが現状である．その原因として，インプラント上部構造に対して補綴的介入を行った際に生じる心理的変化や咀嚼機能を代表とする機能的変化を示すエビデンスの不足が挙げられる．そのため，本研究では要支援・要介護高齢者の口腔インプラントへの補綴的介入によって生じる心理的変化および機能的変化を明らかにすることを目的として以下の研究を行った．２０２２年度の研究業績として，２０１９～２０２１年度に協力頂いた８名の被験者に加え新たに２名の被験者に協力頂くことに成功した．新たな被験者に対し補綴的介入を行い，介入前後の研究データを得た．次年度はこれまでに集積した１０名のデータを解析し，研究成果を論文化し発表する予定である．

In recent years, oral cavity patients have become increasingly vulnerable to new problems associated with the need for support and care. Domestic and foreign societies have proposed that the initial intervention, the maintenance of the upper structure of the oral cavity, the patient's removability, and the intervention of the repair should be easy for the patient and the caregiver to clean the oral cavity. In the clinical field, the number of patients receiving repair interventions is very low. The reason for this is that the upper structure of the plant is affected by the intervention of the repair, the psychological transformation, the chewing function, the functional transformation, and the deficiency of the plant. This study aims to support the intervention of oral prostheses and prostheses to protect patients with hypertension. The following research results were carried out successfully in 2022:8 patients were successfully cooperated in 2019 - 2021, and 2 patients were successfully cooperated. The new research was conducted before and after the intervention. In the next year, we collected 10 pieces of information and analyzed the results of our research.
