本研究では、社会的な時差ぼけ状態にさらされ、心身への健康問題が注目されている交代勤務者の睡眠に注目し、主観的且つ量的な評価(ミュンヘンクロノタイ プ質問票日本語版(MCTQ)、日本語版不眠重症度質問票(ISI-J)、日本語版エプワーズ眠気尺度(JESS)、日本語版気分・不安障害調査票K6、SF―8)と、質的な評価 (睡眠日誌、インタビュー、アンケート)に、客観的な評価(アクチグラフ)加えることにより、交代勤務者の睡眠実態を詳細に蓄積する。また、睡眠衛生教育の手法として既に効果が報告されている認知行動療法を用い、交代勤務者への応用を検討することを目的としている。 目的1交代勤務看護師における平日・休日及び交代勤務前後の睡眠・覚醒パターンと主観的な睡眠の質、不眠重症度、日中の眠気及び健康関連QOLとの関連を明らかにする。 目的2交代勤務看護師における主観的及び客観的な睡眠の質と眠気を指標とした個別に実施する認知行動療法を用いた睡眠衛生教育の効果をランダム化比較試験で検討する。目的3目的1と目的2の成果を踏まえ、交代勤務看護師の初任者集団を対象とした認知行動療法を用いた睡眠衛生教育の確立とその有用性を検討する。 以上の目的で計画をしていたが、新型コロナ感染症の影響により実施施設や対象者の負担を考慮し、実施形態およびタイミングを図り研究の延長申請を行なった。 生体リズム評価として用いる予定をしていたパッチ式深部体温計は、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により製造が停止していたこともあり、評価項目から除外したため、文献等から客観的な評価方法の再検討を行い、準備しているところである。睡眠衛生指導については、実施施設や対象者の負担を考慮しながら対面とWEBで構成して実施予定である。目的3については、状況を踏まえ実施可能性を検討する予定である。

This study focuses on the social time difference, psychosomatic and health problems, and the assessment of the sleep status of the workers.(MCTQ Japanese Version, ISI-J Japanese Version, JESS Japanese Version, SF-8 Japanese Version) and qualitative assessment (Sleep log, search engine, search engine), guest comments (search engine), add search engine, and account for the sleep status of the employee. Objective 3: To explore the usefulness of sleep health education in the application of cognitive mobility therapy (CBT) in the community of novice caregivers. The above objectives are to consider the impact of new infections on the implementation of the project and the burden on the target. In vivo, the evaluation of the use of a new type of deep thermometer, the impact of infectious diseases, production, evaluation of the project, except for the literature, and the re-evaluation of the evaluation method. Sleep hygiene guidelines are designed to take into account the burden on the person concerned. Objective 3: To discuss the possibility of implementation of the project.
