项目摘要

研究の目的は、妊婦・乳幼児を持つ親におけるインフルエンザワクチン（以下、IV）接種の意思決定時または行動決定時の接種阻害要因を明らかにすることである。本研究は当初から質問紙調査実施後、保健所等施設における教育の実施を含む介入研究・調査を想定していた。しかし、新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行が長引くことにより難しい状況が続いていた。インフルエンザは冬季に流行する代表的な疾患であったが、新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行により、その他の感染症対策にも大きな変化がみられてきた。現時点では新型コロナワクチンは接種に際して自己負担金額がなく、妊婦の接種も日本産婦人科学会等で推奨されている。一方で乳幼児はワクチン接種が可能となったが、依然として接種率が低い状況である。小さな子どもを持つ家で家庭内感染を成立させないため、乳幼児を持つ親の接種行動が重要となってくる。このような新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行の背景から、ここ数年インフルエンザの罹患者は大幅に減少していることが確認されている。しかしながら依然として流行があり、IV接種意思・行動に関してはコロナワクチン接種と関連がある可能性がある。今年度は本研究課題の一部として既存のデータで妊婦や子どもと同居をしている人、近所で人と付き合いがある人でIVを接種する人の割合が高いということを明らかにした。今後、本研究としては現状での妊婦・乳幼児を持つ親におけるIV接種率を調べるとともに新型コロナワクチン接種意思・行動と比較しつつIV接種意思・行動の阻害要因を明らかにするような調査を実施する。
