项目摘要

本研究では、バイスタンダーとしての一般市民の応急手当実施の意志を評価する尺度を開発するとともに、それに関連する抑制・促進要因の特徴を明らかにすることにより、応急手当実施率向上に繋がるBLS講習会への示唆を得ることを目的とし、効果的なBLS講習会により、最終的には急な傷病者の救命率を向上させることを目標としている。中学生、高校生、大学生を対象にBLSの実施意志とその関連要因を調査しており、その結果として、3つの要因（身近で亡くなった人の有無、BLSについての関心、BLSの知識）が明らかになった。この結果を本年度、論文として発表した。またインターネット調査を用いて、性別、年代、居住地域が人口統計比に合うように無作為抽出された1000人と応急手当の実施経験がある101人を対象に全国調査を行った。実際の応急手当の実施には、それを抑制・促進する要因の存在が想定されており、本研究では、心理的な抑制・促進要因に着目し、評価項目を作成し調査した。この結果、BLSの実施意志を促進する要因として4つ要因（BLS実施の能力・経験の充足、自分のメリット、個人の行動基準となる価値観、傷病者との心理的距離の近さ）が明らかになった。こちらの結果も本年度、論文として発表した。社会心理学の視点から調査を行った研究は少なく、新しい知見を得られたと考える。また応急手当の実施意志や抑制・促進要因を全国調査した研究は少なく、この調査を行い研究発表する意義があると考える。これらの調査結果を、BLS講習会での指導に反映していくことで、研究の目的である一般市民の応急手当実施の意志を高めていくことを目指す。
