项目摘要

本研究の目的は、看護学生が発達段階や症状の異なる子どもの状況に応じた看護実践プロセスを疑似体験することができ、主体的な学習経験を積み重ねられる小児看護シミュレーション教育プログラムを構築し有効性を評価することである。シミュレーション教育プログラムの開発は、教授設計のシステム的アプローチに基づき、インストラクショナルデザインの理論およびモデルを活用する。2022年度は、医療教授のデザインモデルであるGoal-oriented learning designの看護実践スクリプトの6段階を枠組みとし、健康障害のある子どものヘルスアセスメントにおける看護実践プロセスの評価項目を作成しデータを収集した。そして、協同学習によるフィジカル・シミュレーションでの経験学習におけるサポート方法の検討においては、看護学生の学びの深化に与える影響を考慮する必要があることから、学習者の能力要素、学習活動の質に関する調査を実施した。フィジカル・シミュレーションの教授設計をブラッシュアップするためには、子どもと家族の状況把握、症状や安全・安楽を考慮した看護実践における協働に関する重要性について看護学生の気づきを促し、看護実践プロセスを振り返る力を伸ばすことができ、内省したことを言語化することを強化していくことが課題となった。協同学習における心理的安全性が確保された学習環境に配慮し、看護学生の自己成長感を高めることができる教授方略の必要性が明らかになったことから、今後構築していくシミュレーション教育プログラムに反映していく。
