项目摘要

本研究は同一ツールを用いて神経認知障害群の同時スクリーニングを行うことを目的としている。国内の2大学病院で70歳以上患者を対象として実施する。精神科医・認知症専門医が診断する神経認知障害群の評価結果と、看護師が評価ツールを用いて評価した結果の関連を調査することとして計画を進めてきた。しかし、COVID-19感染拡大および予防徹底の観点から、対象病棟の限定・範囲縮小の必要性が生じた。また、精神科医の診断を基準としていたが、それに準ずる基準へと変更する必要が生じ、研究計画を修正することとなった。予定病棟において評価ツール導入を依頼されて進めていたが、当該の評価ツールの導入を当初の予定病棟だけでなく病院全体で進めることとしていたが、対象病棟を限定して行うこととなった。また、本研究の意義を高めるために、評価ツール使用職種の拡大を図こととなった。また、専門医を有するせん妄・認知症チームの協力を得ることとなり、当該評価ツールの導入を進めている。しかし、COVID-19による感染対策が継続されていること、研究協力者の異動による影響により評価体制の変更する必要が生じたため、臨床心理士を中心とする評価体制を構築し、検証準備を進めていた。また、この間、本ツール開発の基となったツールが改訂された。本ツールは、新ツールの改訂前版の派生版に該当するため、新ツール開発者と連携して新たに日本語版せん妄評価スケールおよびトレーニングマニュアルを開発し、公表した。今後は、従来版ツールから新たに開発したツールに変更して検証を進める。
