本研究の目的は、1)発達性協調運動症(Developmental Coordination Disorder ; DCD)にみられる、感覚や運動の特徴、併存症によるタイプ分類を行うこと、2)神経基盤の改善に焦点をあてた感覚統合療法（Sensory Integration therapy；SIT）を行うことにより、臨床症状と効果の関係性を明らかにすることである。対象は不器用さを主訴とした、4歳から8歳6ヶ月の参加同意が得られた児24名（男児20名、女児4名）であった。Movement Assessment Battery for Children-2（M-ABC2）、南カリフォルニア感覚統合検査（SCSIT）を実施し、協調運動及び感覚統合機能の問題を確認した。除外項目に該当した児7名を除き、17名の児にランダム化を行った（介入群9名、対照群8名）。介入群には個別の感覚統合療法を、20回実施した。治療前後に保護者と定めた目標に関してゴール達成ガイド（GAS）、日常生活上のニーズの特定にカナダ作業遂行測定（COPM）用いた。対象者の離脱はなく治療完遂率は100%であった。介入群と対照群間でCOPMは、単純主効果は有意差が認められたが、交互作用は認められなかった。SIT群と対照群間でGASは有意な交互作用を認め，多重比較にて、介入群、対照群ともに有意に改善を示した。MABC2では4領域中、総合領域、バランス領域にて有意な交互作用を認めた。DCD児の協調運動の問題に対し、一部、SITによる介入の効果を示す結果を得ることができた。介入の妥当性の検証のために、アセスメント開発者による忠実度の評価を受け、全対象者に対し基準を上回る結果となり介入の精度を保っていることも証明された。

The objectives of this study were: 1) to clarify the relationship between developmental Coordination disorder (DCD), sensory-motor characteristics, comorbidities, and classification; 2) to clarify the relationship between clinical symptoms and outcomes in the improvement of the nervous system, focus, and sensory integration therapy (SIT). 24 participants (20 males and 4 females) were admitted to the contest. Movement Assessment Battery for Children-2 (M-ABC2), South Carolina Sensory Integration Test (SCSIT) implementation, coordination of movement and sensory integration function confirmation Except for this project, 7 people were divided into 5 groups, 17 people were divided into 3 groups (9 people in the intervention group and 8 people in the control group). The treatment completion rate of the patient is 100%. COPM between intervention groups, pure main effect, intentional difference, interaction SIT group and GAS group are not intended to interact with each other, multiple comparisons are made, intervention groups are made, and targeted groups are intended to improve.
