项目摘要

近年は（生物学的）女性アスリートのトレーニングに注目が集まり、女性特有の生理的課題や性差を踏まえたトレーニング方法の確立が求められている。本研究では、男女差が顕著に見られるSSC運動であるジャンプ動作に注目し、女性がジャンプ動作時に効果的に動員できないとされるハムストリングスの筋活動および筋力向上を狙ったトレーニングを行うことで、女性アスリートのジャンプパフォーマンスを向上させる方法を確立することを研究目的とした。具体的には、ハムストリングスの筋活動増加および筋力向上を狙ったエクササイズを行うことで、ジャンプパフォーマンスが向上するのではないかとの仮説を立て、その効果を検証することとした。本研究の目的を達成するために、以下のテーマに取り組むこととした。研究課題①：ハムストリングスの短縮性エクササイズおよび伸張性エクササイズがジャンプパフォーマンスに与える即時的影響の検討。研究課題②：10週間のハムストリングスの短縮性エクササイズおよび伸張性エクササイズ実施がジャンプパフォーマンスに与える影響の検討。当該年度は研究課題②に取り組んだが、類似したトレーニング介入に関する先行研究の精査、被験者のトレーニング実施可能な状況を鑑み、当初予定していた10週間のトレーニング介入から6週間のトレーニング介入へと変更した。また、ここ2、3年に発表されたいくつかの研究結果より、ハムストリングスの短縮性エクササイズよりも伸張性エクササイズに焦点化したほうがジャンプパフォーマンス向上に繋がると判断されたため、伸張性エクササイズであるレーザーカールとノルディックハムストリングスのトレーニング効果を比較することとした。その結果、両エクササイズ共にジャンプパフォーマンスは向上したが、ノルディックハムストリングスの方がより高い効果を示す傾向にあることが分かった。
