项目摘要

本研究の目的は、高齢者介護施設における介護ロボット導入の参加型意思決定モデルを開発することである。2022年度においては、介護ロボット導入の意思決定プロセスや利用状況を把握するために、介護老人福祉施設における介護ロボットの導入・利用等の状況に関する郵送調査を実施した。厚生労働省が公開している介護サービス情報公表システムの介護サービス事業所データ（2022年12月末時点）を用いて、全国の介護老人福祉施設8,358か所の中から2,000か所を無作為に抽出した。その後、調査会社に郵送調査実施を委託した上で、2023年2月に2,000か所の介護老人福祉施設へ質問紙調査への回答を依頼した。主な調査項目は、公益財団法人介護労働安定センターが実施する介護労働実態調査を参考に、法人内の他事業所の有無、施設の活動状況、開設年月、経営主体、入所定員数、入所者数、居室の状況、従業員数、介護職員の過不足の状況、施設運営上の課題、介護の特色、介護福祉機器の導入状況のほか、介護ロボットの導入や利用の課題・導入状況・利用開始年・利用状況、最も利用できている介護ロボットの名称・利用開始年・台数・種類・導入経緯・効果、介護ロボット利用の課題、介護ロボット導入・利用の促進に必要な支援などであった。調査の結果、212施設から調査回答の協力を得ることができた。現在、調査結果の確認および集計を行っており、データの整理が完了次第、分析に着手し、調査結果や分析結果の公表を進める。

The purpose of this study is to develop participatory rational decision-making in the context of high-level intervention.
