本研究は「（1）看護師が児童発達支援の場で子どもの状況を身体、精神、社会的側面から多角的にアセスメントし、子どもの育ちと暮らしを守るための支援を行う、（2）そのプロセスにおいて多職種チームとともに実践する」という看護師が行う児童発達支援の具体的な内容とそのプロセスを明らかにすることを目的としている。所属機関および協力施設における臨床研究倫理委員会の承認を得た上で、児童発達支援にかかわる看護師３名、児童発達支援サービスを利用している幼児期の子どもとその家族６組の研究協力を得た。データ収集は2020年10月～2021年7月で面接法を用いた。面接は看護師の子どもと家族がもっている力に着目した支援について、研究者が参加観察してとらえた内容、看護師が写真や動画撮影したデータを基に実施した。データ分析は質的帰納的分析方法を用いた。看護師は児童発達支援において、子どもの健康状態や生活状況を丁寧にとらえた上で、安全安楽に配慮した環境を整え、子どもが参加できる環境を調整することを役割の軸としていた。その中で、子どもの理解を深め、現在および将来にわたり子どもが生活を営む上で必要な課題を明確にしていた。さらに、幼稚園や保育園の利用、小学校への進学など、子どもの生活の場や体験の幅の拡がりに合わせて子どものセルフケア力を伸ばすと共に、家族の子どもの養育力を高めていた。これらの支援は、多職種連携実践により強化されていた。2022年度は上記の研究結果について、学会発表を行った。
