本研究は、2019年度ー2021年度までの間、コロナによる渡航制限により現地調査が実施できなかったため、これを比較的必要としない「サイバーセキュリティと経済経済グローバライゼーション」に焦点を絞って行なってきたが、この最終成果の一つとして、研究代表者及び海外研究協力者を編者として、2023年9月、ケンブリッジ大学出版会から、編著、Tomoko Ishikawa and Yarik Kryvoi (eds.) Public and Private Governance of Cybersecurity: Challenges and Potentialを刊行する(https://www.cambridge.org/core/books/public-and-private-governance-of-cybersecurity/4749EAE84BBA8967A9CEF319FC699A17)。同書は、本研究の目的であった、国際関係学・国際政治学と国際法学との学際的協働により、国際関係学・政治学分野の３章、国際法学分野の５章を含むものであり、サイバーセキュリティ政策をめぐる地政学的分断、これが阻害する国際協調、国際協調の不在により引き起こされる経済グローバライゼーションに対する影響や国際法上の問題、といったテーマを広く取り扱う。最終成果の一つとして、同書の出版に先立ち、2023年5月、同書の執筆者に、世界銀行からサイバー分野のキャパシティ・ビルディングの専門家を迎え、100名規模の国際シンポジウムを開催する。加えて、研究分担者はそれぞれロシア・ウクライナ戦争、ミャンマーにおける人道危機といった、安全保障に関わる最先端の重要な事象につきそれぞれ国際法学・国際関係学の観点から分析を行い、研究業績記載の著書、論文、学会発表等を通じ、研究成果を国際的に発表した。
