项目摘要

本研究は、メタ倫理学と認識論それぞれにおいて論じられている実践上の規範性（practical normativity）と認識に関する規範性（epistemic normativity）の統合を、後者を前者に還元することで実現することを目指すというものである。当初は実践上の規範性に関する知見が認識論における論争に大きな貢献をするとのMark Schroederの提案を詳しく検討したが、研究を進める中で、自然的なものでありながら他のものに還元できない規範性を持つように思える非還元的な自然的道徳的性質の存在の重要性を再確認し、そのような特殊な道徳的・規範的性質に訴える科学的な探求の調査を網羅的に実施するアプローチを採用するに至った。その結果、比較政治学における社会の不安定に関する研究、道徳的判断を巡る社会学的な研究、礼儀正しさ（politness）に関する言語学的な研究、性格特性に関する社会心理学的な研究、いじめに関する実証的な研究において、道徳・価値概念が重要な役割を果たしていることを確認した。その上で、これらの知見に基づいた申請者が「局所主義的な論証（localist argument）」と呼ぶ論法を構想し、その内実を固めていく諸論文の執筆を進めた。2022年度は４月から８月までは英国・オックスフォード大学のOxford Uehiro Centre for Practical EthicsにAcademic Visitorとして訪問・滞在し、本研究課題の遂行に向けて、集中的に研究を実施した。帰国後の９月以降は病気のために計画通りに研究を継続することができなかった。

This study focuses on the integration of ethics and epistemology into practical normality and epistemological normality, while the latter focuses on the integration of ethics and epistemology into practice. Mark Schroeder's proposal for a detailed discussion of the normative aspects of knowledge in practice and the debate over knowledge theory reconfirms the importance of the existence of the nature of nature in research progress. The nature of the special code is related to the scientific investigation and implementation. The results, comparative politics, social unrest, moral judgment, sociology, politeness, linguistics, personality traits, social psychology, evidence, moral judgment, and the importance of moral judgment are confirmed. The author of the thesis is a localist argument. From April to August of 2022, Oxford University's Academic Visitor Centre for Practical Ethics visited the University and conducted intensive research on the subject. After September, the disease was reduced and the plan was carried out.
