2022年度はコロナ禍が比較的落ち着いたとはいえ引き続き現地渡航はできなかったが、日本に比しては現地の状況が落ち着いたため、現地の状況はよくなっていた。そこで、こちら側の体制を整え、研究代表者の補助者を雇用し研究時間と体制を確保、オンラインでの調査活動を開始した。イタリア現地在住の日本人通訳やコーディネーターを現地に派遣し、取材の代行や文献収集、関係者の情報収集や近況の確認を依頼したり、通訳が日本に帰国時には、イタリア語文献を集中的に通読する機会を設けることができた。結果、同地域のスタートアップ育成体制の輪郭と規模感が当初の想定よりもはるかに大規模、日本円にして1000億レベルのファンドを背景にしていることと、コロナ禍においても成長を遂げているという新規発見を得た。ビジネスエコシステムの成立過程については不明のままであるが、外国人と女性がこれに相当なインパクトがあることも定量データとして確認できた。2023年度は現地調査により、同地域の成立過程の歴史的背景と学術的意味、外国人・女性起業家の関わりについて、定性研究により探索する。また、イタリア国の公共政策研究所からの情報を得て、他地域との比較も実施する。

In 2022, the situation in Japan was different from that in Japan. As a result, the scale and sense of scale of the local start-up breeding system have changed from the original idea to a large-scale one. Against the background of Japan's 100 billion RMB, new regulations have been announced to facilitate the growth of women in the face of disaster. In the process of establishing the system, the number of foreigners and women is not clear. In 2023, we will conduct field research, background of establishment history in the same region, academic significance, relationship between foreigners and female entrepreneurs, and qualitative research. Information from the National Institute for Public Policy Research is available for comparison with other regions.
