项目摘要

2020（R2）年度は、年度末まで一貫して新型コロナ感染問題が継続していたことにより、ほとんどの調査計画が実施できずに終わった。その後もこの問題が継続したことにより、結局合計３カ年にわたって2020年度予算による研究を継続することになったため、本研究実績はこの間の内容となる。またこうした厳しい環境下ではあったことから調査は感染状況が小康化した際や講演のタイミングに合わせての国内調査に制限せざるを得なかったが、螺鈿や漆器関係に加えて、これまで物質文化史研究の一端として行ってきた通称「水口レイピア」に関連する調査も行った。また研究協力者によるものであるが、タイ国立図書館でのタイの近世近代螺鈿調査に着手し、２次にわたって実施できた。以下、年度別に分けて記述する。2020（R2）年度　2020年8月に国友鉄砲ミュージアムおよび甲賀市水口歴史民俗資料館で、また11月に長崎市教育委員会にてキリスト教聖器物入れの調査を行い、17世紀代のネジについての情報を収集検討した。また螺鈿・漆器関係では、10月に多久市郷土資料館にて蒔絵螺鈿箏、11月に茨木市内にて漆塗り聖龕、神戸市立博物館にて南蛮漆器ほかの調査を行った。また10月から11月にかけてタイ国立図書館にて多羅葉経典螺鈿表板の第１次調査を行った。2021（R3）年度　2022年1月に徳川美術館、南蛮文化館、茨城市文化財資料館、岐阜市歴史博物館、および犬山城白帝文庫にて南蛮漆器や高台寺蒔絵など16-17世紀代を中心とした螺鈿・漆器類の調査を実施。3月に東京大学総合図書館にてかつて茨木市所在のキリスト教聖龕調査を実施。2021年3月に奈良国立博物館にて広島県立美術館所蔵南蛮漆器書見台のCT調査を実施。11月から2月にかけて、タイ国立図書館での螺鈿表板第２次調査実施。2022（R4）年度　5月に愛知県美術館にて螺鈿漆器類の調査を実施。
