项目摘要

国内で収集したデータについては分析を深め、論文を執筆した。海外でのデータ収集を実施し、分析を進めている。アパレル店については、組織化をする主体と、組織化される客体の間の転換の過程を分析する方向を確定し、組織化や制度化の理論に貢献する方向で検討した。この結果は、学会での招待講演のためにまとめ、発表し議論した。また、2023年度の学会(EGOS)で発表するため投稿し採択された。バーの研究に関しては、不確実性を作り出すバーテンダーの行為、不確実な注文をすることでバーテンダーを試す客の行為に注目し、価値が不確実性の再帰的な使用によって生み出されることを分析し、センスメイキングの理論に貢献する道筋をつけ、論文を投稿している。フランスのレストランの研究では、データを収集することができた。データはフランス語ができるRAによって書き起こし、および翻訳を実施している。遅延した間に、ワインやチーズのテイスティングに関する先行研究、エステティックや感覚に関する先行研究などを調査し、トライアルで収集したデータと総合した上で、論文の方向性を検討した。共同研究者との議論を通して、この論文のシナリオを精緻化した。現在、ジャーナルへの投稿を進めている。同時に、海外の研究者との議論を進めている。数回の議論を経て、これらの研究者と共同で、2023年4月にはワークショップを計画している。国内の研究者と欧州の研究者の間で議論し、今後の協業に結びつける予定である。
