项目摘要

2021年度も新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大による研究活動等の制限が研究代表および分担者の所属機関や調査対象の自治体・機関からも示され、前年度に引き続いて現地調査は制限された。ゆえに本年度も年度末に予算繰越申請を行い、2022年7月まで本年度の研究活動を延長した。以下、実績の概要を報告する。まず、2021年は7月まで前年度予算繰越分の研究活動を行ったため、本年度調査は2021年9月より開始された。長野県では、岡谷蚕糸博物館、諏訪教育博物館、岡谷市竜上高校記念室等での資料閲覧および複写・撮影を実施した。山形県では、2022年5月に鶴岡市において製糸関係資料を収集した。併せて諏訪市内の宮坂広作文庫の資料整理を2022年7月に実施した。インタビューは同年9月から翌2022年7月まで、主に吉田館自由学園関係者に対して複数回実施された。学会発表は2021年9月11日・12日に開催された日本社会教育学会第68回研究大会自由研究発表において、倉知が単独で、さらに安藤以下6名連名での2件の発表を行った。倉知の発表成果は2021年3月刊行の『吉備国際大学研究紀要（人文・社会科学系）』 (32)において論文として、安藤らの発表成果は同年月刊行の『山形大学教職・教育実践研究』（17）に研究ノートとして掲載された（後掲）。研究会は4回実施した。第1回は2021年8月21日に第4回「宮坂広作」学習会と同時にオンラインにて開催した。第2回は同年11月20日に、第3回は2022年3月24日、第4回は同年6月5日にそれぞれオンラインで実施した。口頭発表および論文・研究ノート刊行により、本研究課題の先駆性と独自性とを明確に示すことが出来た。また、岡谷市竜上高校記念室所蔵資料を分析した結果、戦前の青年訓練所・青年学校から戦後の定時制高校へと至る過程を辿ることができる、貴重な資料群であることが判明した。

In July 2021, the research activities of the previous year were carried out, and the investigation of this year began in September 2021. The second round was held on November 20 of the same year, the third round was held on March 24, 2022, and the fourth round was held on June 5 of the same year.
