2021年度までに全国の看護師学校・養成所を対象にした特別な支援を要する看護学生の特徴とその学修支援内容についてアンケート調査を実施した。分析の結果、支援を行う教師に必要とされる能力として６４項目が抽出された。その結果をもとに、看護学生の特別な支援を行ったことがある看護教員及び専門家を対象に５段階のリッカートスケールでデルファイ調査を実施した。デルファイ調査の第１回目の送付は107名であり、そのうち同意書を得たのは41名で、41名に２回目の送付をしている段階である。全項目ともアンケート調査で抽出した支援内容であるため、5段階評価でほとんどが、４か５が最頻値であったが、その中でも最頻値が５であったのは、現段階で次の17項目であった。［学生のできることできないことを見極める力][観察により学生の課題を把握する力][観察により学生の困っていることを把握する力][学生の強みを見つける力][学生の成長を承認する力][学生の出来ていることを褒める力][対話で学生が何に困っているかを引き出す力][対話で学生が何に困っているかを引き出す力][学生に具体的な指示をする力][学生に合った具体的支援を選択する力][教育方法を工夫する力][周囲の人間を巻き込む力][他教員と情報共有する力][他教員と連携する力][多職種と関係を築く力][人権を尊重する態度][学生と共に一緒に考える態度]教育力育成プログラム開発班は、デルファイ調査と並行して、原案開発に取り掛かっており、プログラムとしては、対面での半日および１日バージョンとデルファイ調査で絞られた項目をもとに15分程度の動画バージョンのプログラムを10程度作成予定である。
